Cellexia Labs currently serves customers in markets all over the world, with our fastest-growing communities in Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia. You’ll write the software that sits behind the brand: the tools our teams use, the integrations that connect our systems, and the experiences our customers see. You’ll talk to the people who use what you ship, and build the thing that actually fixes their problem, not the thing they first described.

A few examples of your responsibilities

Build what the business needs. Work with marketing, creative, operations, and support to find where software can save time, cut errors, or unlock growth, then build it.

Improve the customer experience. Build and refine the features on our store and sites that help customers find, trust, and buy, and keep them fast, reliable, and easy to use on every device. 

Connect our systems. Build and maintain the integrations between our store, fulfillment partners, ad platforms, email, support tools, and analytics, so data flows where it should and nobody retypes anything.

Automate the repetitive work. Find the tasks that eat people’s hours and turn them into scripts, workflows, and tools that run on their own.

Make the numbers trustworthy. Build the data pipelines, tracking, and dashboards that let the team see what’s working, and keep them accurate.

Build with AI. Design and ship features and workflows powered by AI, from tools that speed up our team’s work to experiences that help our customers.

Ship fast, and ship well. Move from idea to production quickly, in small steps, with code that’s tested, readable, and easy for the next person to change.

Keep it secure and running. Handle customer and company data carefully, follow the privacy rules in every market we sell in, and fix what breaks before it affects anyone.

Choose the simple solution. Question every layer of complexity. Pick the right tool for each job, not the most impressive one.

Write it down. Document what you build and how it works, so nothing lives only in your head.

Move fast without cutting corners. Use AI coding tools to speed up design, implementation, testing, and documentation, then apply your own judgment to make sure the result is correct, secure, and maintainable.

What we look for

Strong fundamentals. You write clean, correct code, understand how the pieces of a system fit together, and can reason your way through a problem you haven’t seen before.

Pragmatism. You ship the simplest thing that works well, and you improve it with real feedback instead of building for imaginary needs.

Product sense. You care who uses what you build. You ask good questions, notice when the request isn’t the real problem, and test your work against reality.

Judgment under pressure. You stay steady when something breaks, find the real cause quickly, and keep people informed while you fix it.

Clear communication. You can explain technical things to non-technical people in plain words, and your written updates leave no one guessing.

Ownership. You treat every system you build as yours until it works for the people using it. You hold yourself to a bar that keeps rising.

Team spirit. You support the best idea, not your own. You take feedback well and give it generously.

Relevant experience. [3+] years building and shipping production software, with strong skills across the front end and back end. Experience integrating with third-party APIs and working with data is essential. Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands is a strong advantage. Excellent English is essential.

The selection process

We care about what you can do, not how polished your CV looks. That’s why our process is built around how you think and work, not just where you’ve worked.

Step 2: Online assessments. Right after you apply, you’ll take two short tests: a problem-solving test and a personality test. The problem-solving test shows us how you reason through unfamiliar challenges. The personality test helps us understand how you work and whether the way we operate will suit you.

Step 3: Interview. If your results stand out, we’ll invite you to interview with the team.

We move quickly. The whole process, from application to interview invitation, takes a couple of days.
